A Movement Medicine® workshop designed for men who seek to embrace life physically, emotionally, conceptually and spiritually, with its depth, heights and mystery. 

It is for men who are called to reclaim their WILD EROS – their naturally wild and beautiful sexual / creative energy – and to cultivate healthy masculine energy rooted in their elemental nature. 

It is for men who strive to live a life of authenticity, integrity, reciprocity, emotional intelligence and embodied wisdom.

🌀 With support of  the core practices of Movement Medicine® and the Medicines of Brotherhood – including Power Beside, Embodied Heart Sharing, Compassionate Witnessing and Playful-Prayerful Upliftment – as primary resources for our journey we will:

✨ utilise process and ceremony to liberate the Wild Erotic one that lives in our soul, our cells, our muscles bones and organs. 

✨ explore the Movement Medicine maps that guide us to deeper animal intelligence and healthy emotional wisdom and power. 

✨ cultivate our creative erotic life force as a blessing to ourselves, others, community and all of life

✨ 5 Essential Qualities of Being for Alchemising the Emotions: Awakening, Surrender, Integrity, Gratitude and Compassion; Chambers of The Heart
