Into the Light – Community Ecstatic Dance

We are gathering to mark the end of the dark Czech winter and move back into light, energy, and presence.

Into the Light is an immersive community experience built around movement, music, and being fully here. Not as a performance. Not as a concept. As something you feel in your body.

The evening unfolds slowly and intentionally.
We begin with a grounding yoga session to arrive and let the day drop away.
We continue with a cacao ceremony that opens the space and brings everyone onto the same frequency.
Then we dance.

Ecstatic dance is simple. There is no choreography and nothing to get right. You move how your body wants to move. You rest when you need to. You follow your own rhythm, guided by an extended DJ set that builds, releases, and carries you through the night.

To keep the space clear and respectful, there is no talking on the dance floor, no phones, and no alcohol or drugs, we will remind you all the rules on the spot but the most important one is to be yourself and to be present.

Outside the dance space, there will be food, drinks, and a curated pop up market with brands we genuinely love. A place to connect, land, and stay a little longer after the dance.

The event is held in English and open to both our community and the wider public. No previous experience with yoga, cacao, or ecstatic dance is needed.
