THE FLOW OF OUR DANCE JOURNEY

Please arrive at 18:15 to start at 18:30 where we will welcome each other to the circle and begin our event with a short guided dance to connect with ourselves and each other, to feel the power and beauty of Tribe. In this guided section, we will release stress and tension, shake out any physical or emotional ‘holding’ that is preventing our free flow of movement and expression.

Through our breathing, we will open up and allow more Life to course through our veins and prepare us for the Dance. And we will begin to meet each other to build safety, trust, connection and energy to celebrate Life.

This leads naturally into our ECSTATIC DANCE JOURNEY where you continue in your own way to explore the energy of the Equinox, to dance deeply into your own balance, harmony, reflection, integration and gratitude.

We will wind down with a Drum Journey and close with a Tribal sharing Circle

The spoken parts of the event will be held in English with translation into Czech.

Dance is a Medicine which invites us back to our bodies, to our senses, to our feelings, to the knowledge of our energies. We move Life Force around our bodies and out through them onto the dance floor. Our expression becomes a liberation and brings us back to a passionate embodied presence.

All of this is embedded in what we call the Ecstatic Dance Journey, a journey from here to a deeper here.
