Let your feet guide you and listen to the natural rhythm in your body.
The 5Rhythm Wave is a 2-hour movement meditation practice that will take you through the rhythms of Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyric and all the way to Calm. We begin by tuning into the movement, then a short introduction to the 5Rhythms®, followed by a lightly guided wave.
There are no restrictions or rules for this movement except one recommendation: dance like no one is watching.
Let’s dive together into a liberating wave of 5Rhythms® that will help you understand, release and liberate what is needed.
Relax and free your body and mind, dance into joy and the present moment, gratitude, ease and connection to your source!
Please arrive approximately 10min before the start time to allow time to change in peace.
BRING: comfortable clothes suitable for free movement, water bottle
Dance barefoot or in lightweight dance shoes
No previous experience with 5Rhythms practice is necessary.
Beginners and advanced beginners are welcome.
