5Rhythms® class with Laďka Meditation in movement, movement in stillness, emptiness and completeness in one. We will explore the rhythm of STILLNESS. How do we stay connected to our kind part within ourselves, with our inner peace and with the gentle loving part of ourselves in the midst of all the happenings around us? In the rhythm of STILLNESS, all the previous rhythms meet, as well as the body, heart, mind and soul. We will celebrate the arrival of spring in dance, gentleness and inner strength.

Girijah Project is a collective of musical nomads, weaving soundtracks from our personal and shared journeys. The group is ever-evolving, collaborating with musicians and artists from around the world to create unique, site-specific soundscapes wherever it lands.
